We also flag any pre-existing wear we find during the inspection separately from new storm damage, since insurers distinguish between the two.
We've worked with enough Lisbon, IA adjusters to know exactly what documentation actually speeds a Storm Damage Roof Repair claim through.
Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Full insurance and licensing documentation available on request.
Post-storm call volume spikes fast — our Lisbon crews prioritize active leaks first, then work through the queue.
No verbal-only pricing, ever, even during high storm-season demand.
We've seen what speeds a claim through and what slows it down, and we document accordingly.
Most storm-related Storm Damage Roof Repair visits combine two or three of these elements in a single inspection.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
High wind can lift or tear shingles without leaving an obvious gap, weakening the seal until the next storm finishes the job.
Debris removal and structural assessment happen together, not as two separate visits.
We document storm damage with photos and measurements formatted for how Lisbon, IA carriers typically review claims.
Once damage is documented, we move to repair — targeted fixes for isolated damage, full sections where needed.
We check gutters and downspouts alongside the roof, since storm damage rarely stops at the roofline.
Describe what happened and what you're seeing, and we'll get an inspection scheduled.
A Storm Damage Roof Repair technician inspects every roof slope in person, not just what's visible from the ground.
Photo documentation and a written quote are provided in the same visit.
We follow up to make sure the repair holds through the next storm season.
Our adjuster actually complimented the documentation. Made the whole claim process go faster than expected.
